This yarn was dyed naturally from plant materials as well as cochineal for Daniela Johannsenova's shawl design, "Antheraea Yamamai". 6 skeins of 50 grams each for a total of approximately 1275 meters (1394 yards). Fingering Weight Solid and Semi-Solid 75% Superwash Merino Wool, 25% Nylon Recommended needle size 2.5mm-3.0mm (US 1.5-3) Gauge: 28.0 to 32.0 sts = 10cm/4 inches Hand wash. Air dry. I would recommend hand washing to preserve the color obtained from natural dyeing. Please use a pH-neutral detergent. Large amounts of direct sunlight can also affect some colors. I have done my very best to capture the color accurately. Please be aware that different screens can portray colors differently. [Combination 10]
